GUEST

H.G. Nelson

H.G. Nelson

Co-host of the successful Olympic broadcasts The Dream, The Ice Dream and The Dream in Athens, H.G. Nelson has written a new book 'Sprays - A Collection of Verbal Touch-Ups'.

H.G. and Roy host the long-running Sunday afternoon sports program This Sporting Life on Triple J, and are also well-known for their popular Olympic broadcasts.

H.G. is an expert on Australian sport, and is a great supporter of rural and regional horse and V8 racing. He's a keen visitor to football grounds where fans can sit in the car and honk the horn when points are scored, and loves a boxing weigh-in when a belt is on the line.

H.G. prides himself on maintaining a very high level of fitness on the off chance that one of this nation’s top sides needs someone to fill a hole. He would be devastated if he let Australia down because he was unfit when the national selectors called. When it's all too much he gets away from the hotspot of competition and relaxes at 'If you don't mind-Umpire!' a little South Coast fibro nook plonked in a fisherman's paradise where he can put his feet up and wet a line in the nude with a large one handy.

H.G.'s TV credits include Club Buggery, The Channel Nine Show, Planet Norwich, The Monday Dump, The Nation Dumps, Roy & H.G.'s Spring Carnival, The Cream and The Memphis Trousers. His latest book 'Sprays - A Collection of Verbal Touch-Ups', will be in stores from 29th July.

That awful dream about falling will become horribly real when you wake up to find you blacked out while skydiving. The shock alone may be enough to kill you.
